An Abuja High Court sitting in Maitama, today in its ruling, ordered the Department of State Services to charge or release suspended the suspended Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Governor, Godwin Emefiele.
Recall that Mr Emefiele, filed a lawsuit against the DSS alleging a violation of his human rights in the suit, which was filed before the Federal Capital Territory High Court in Abuja through his counsel, Joseph Daudu (SAN).
Emefiele was arrested by the DSS following his suspension by President Bola Tinubu and the subsequent initiation of a probe into the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
